Which one is better. Buy a solar panel system or Lease the system?

So I'm currently trying to do a proposal for my company to start using RE, which is through PV panels/solar panel. As a big manufacturing plant, our site consumed a lot of energy which is roughly around 700000-800000kWh. I know we cannot go fully off the grid but at least it will help a bit to save us some money in the long term along with our company CSR policy.

Do you know how much roughly our capital expenditure will be if we decided to buy the solar panel? Our target is to produce around 1MWp. If I decided to go lease the system, will the amount that I will save as much worth the amount of I can save if I buy the system?

Solar Supports

Solar Supports I'm looking at installing a solar system at our off grid cabin this spring and I'm trying to come up with a good way to get the panels up high enough to catch decent sunlight. The roof of the cabin is not an option as there are some trees blocking it but I do have a shed that I figure I'd be able to brace the supports to, I can't use the shed roof either as it's facing the wrong direction. A couple neighbors have systems which they've put on poles that go up sort of like a street lamp or flagpole style support which is an option but I thought maybe either a frame like a scaffold kind of thing secured to the back of the shed might be a more sturdy option. What have you guys used to elevate your panels on a standalone frame, or have you seen any companies that sell good kits? I'm in BC in Canada as well. PG&E Aggregate Net Metering Application Help Earlier this year I completed a ground mount at a ranch in Paso Robles, CA. This ranch has two meters, requiring me to complete the PG&E’s Aggregate Net Metering Agreement. 8 months later my application has been rejected multiple times. I’ve spent dozens of hours on the phone with various support services with no solution. I’ve given it my all. Does anyone have any contacts for professionals who I can hire to complete this process for me? Or any tips for completing this process?
