Solar power in densely populated areas could get inspiration from gardens and art of gardening, despite bit higher cost and less optimal layout. Would be cheaper than separate garden + closed solar plant area

Place may need solar power and also a garden / park. Instead of making these separately on separate areas, there could be some kind of hybrid.

Lots of white to reflect light to solar panels and some decorative colors. UV and near-infrared absorbed on surfaces if they do not help give energy.

Combinations of 2 axis, 1 axis and fixed panels. In snowy areas, panel angles such that snow slides off. Panels placed high enough to walk and run below. Most ground could be shadowed by panels.
