I'm assuming 360w is exaggerated, but they are a manufacturer in China that does lots of business, and the panels look great, and get great reviews.

I live in a 2k Sq foot home in Nashville. Use about 1500 kWh a month (Feb is the worst month at around 2k). In June and November looks like it dips down to about 850kWh. I have about 1,110 sq of usable roof space.

I'll trim the trees around the home and probably cut one down (have a bunch and they are massive...probably past due on that). And it's about time to get a new roof. Might go with a metal roof as it's rather small and not complex.

Leaning towards a hybrid system but would add the batteries later (I don't mess with loans...which I'd probably need to have a decent battery backup).

the Sunny Island looks really neat...no idea if that's an ideal solution

The panels will take about a month to get here, so have some time to figure things out. Current plan is to get up to speed on all the things, and if I get a decent plan figured out, I'll start the permit process...then when the panels come in, test them out...if all is good, I'll purchase the inverter and all the other stuff. Will use an installer for anything that's a pain.

I'm at the point now where there are a million ways to set this stuff up...I have no experience...and would love to hear what your ideal setup would be if you were in my situation.

As it will be awhile before I can actually install them (shipping, new roof, permits, etc), will prob build a solar generator in the backyard...
