Just finished my standing seam roof and now looking to have the solar installed - anything I should look out for?

Just finished my standing seam roof and now looking to have the solar installed - anything I should look out for?

I think I may be a little particular about the solar panel design since I don't want the panels to:

  1. Penetrate my new roof.
  2. Look too ugly. I know some of that can't be prevented.

Any suggestions on how to deal with my solar contractor?
