How much to add solar to a new construction home that is already pre-wired for solar? (Sacramento, CA)

I am purchasing a new home in Sacramento, CA which is a brand new construction. They advised the home is 'pre-wired' for solar. I am wondering how much it would be to add solar to this property to [mostly] eliminate my electricity bill. I am not well versed in solar, so I am not sure what all entails an installation. I would like to purchase the panels outright, and not lease or make payments.

Aurora Inverter giving E050 error randomly The message requires a reset to get the inverter working again, but it's random - may happen a couple times a day, may skip a day or two. I have checked every connection, and even inside the inverter where the DC gets connected (2 arrays running). I tried turning off each array independently, but it continued for both lines at the same frequency. The only possible point of spark generation would be the connector box on the roof, which has wirenuts from the arrays themselves to the cable to the inverter.
