Advice for solar energy supplies for a 7th Grade science classroom?

My 7th graders got into a program with the United Nations and decided to learn about solar energy and how it works. Does anyone have good recommendations on an easy kit or system that we can use to measure the energy from the Sun?

To my knowledge it should include solar cells/panels, a battery for storing the energy, wires, a voltmeter, and a simple motor. I envision us measuring the energy in different weather, and setting up parallel/series solar cells, and generally just testing them under different conditions.

There's a lot of products out there but I was hoping for an accessible educational kit.

Thanks for your help!
