Advice Needed- Wisconsin Cabin Quote

Hey Redditors, My dad is looking into purchasing a roof-mounted, 20 panel, 7,200 W DC system on a cabin that is in central Wisco. All Energy Solar has quoted him 23,500$ for a turnkey setup with 20 JA Solar 360 Panels, and Enphase inverter, which has 7,200 W DC. This price does not include a 7000$ federal tax credit and a 2000$ Focus on Energy Grant. Just wanted to see if this quote passes your guys' sniff test, or if you have any other suggestions. Any piece of advice is appreciated-- thanks a ton in advance for any help.

Aurora Inverter giving E050 error randomly The message requires a reset to get the inverter working again, but it's random - may happen a couple times a day, may skip a day or two. I have checked every connection, and even inside the inverter where the DC gets connected (2 arrays running). I tried turning off each array independently, but it continued for both lines at the same frequency. The only possible point of spark generation would be the connector box on the roof, which has wirenuts from the arrays themselves to the cable to the inverter. They are tight, but I went ahead and wrapped them with silicon tape (didn't help). Could the inverter itself have a problem?
