Is SolarEdge monitoring down?

Is SolarEdge monitoring down?

Hi all

Are any other UK SolarEdge users not able to connect to the servers. There is no local / internet connection issues our side, but the inverter can’t connect to the SolarEdge server from what I can see.

Before I start checking settings thought I would see if anyone else has got this issue.

Aurora Inverter giving E050 error randomly The message requires a reset to get the inverter working again, but it's random - may happen a couple times a day, may skip a day or two. I have checked every connection, and even inside the inverter where the DC gets connected (2 arrays running). I tried turning off each array independently, but it continued for both lines at the same frequency. The only possible point of spark generation would be the connector box on the roof, which has wirenuts from the arrays themselves to the cable to the inverter. They are tight, but I went ahead and wrapped them with silicon tape (didn't help). Could the inverter itself have a problem?
