With SPI coming to a close. What caught your interest? And what do you think is a terrible idea?

What caught my attention this year is that there was ZERO solar hot water companies. The year that i'm in the market for a panel for my pool. :-(

Another thing that caught my attention is that commercial roof top business in NEC 2017 will be challenging/messy for a lot of people using and not using solar edge.

Lastly, what is UL 3741 all about?

Aurora Inverter giving E050 error randomly The message requires a reset to get the inverter working again, but it's random - may happen a couple times a day, may skip a day or two. I have checked every connection, and even inside the inverter where the DC gets connected (2 arrays running). I tried turning off each array independently, but it continued for both lines at the same frequency. The only possible point of spark generation would be the connector box on the roof, which has wirenuts from the arrays themselves to the cable to the inverter. They are tight, but I went ahead and wrapped them with silicon tape (didn't help). Could the inverter itself have a problem?
