Just getting started

Hello all,

Excuse me for being naive but the company I work which is a real estate company ( residential and commercial ) have asked me for get the process started. I did contact few companies in my area to get proposals. I am reading and trying to understand everything but I am looking for help on resources to get more informed. I would appreciate it if someone can point me in the right direction on where to get started and get the most information.

Aurora Inverter giving E050 error randomly The message requires a reset to get the inverter working again, but it's random - may happen a couple times a day, may skip a day or two. I have checked every connection, and even inside the inverter where the DC gets connected (2 arrays running). I tried turning off each array independently, but it continued for both lines at the same frequency. The only possible point of spark generation would be the connector box on the roof, which has wirenuts from the arrays themselves to the cable to the inverter. They are tight, but I went ahead and wrapped them with silicon tape (didn't help). Could the inverter itself have a problem?
