Has anyone financed solar through Mosaic, and were there any problems?

We are currently considering financing a $19527 system through Mosaic, which works with our installer. 20 year fixed, reamoritizes at 18 months. 5.99% apr

The installer currently estimates $103ish for the first 18 months, during which I would pay additional incentives (30% tax credit and a $0.60/watt rebate) toward the loan. After reamoritizes on at 18 months, they estimate a monthly payment of $68.11.

I'm in clear on how these numbers are calculated, and haven't been able to verify them on my end. I have also read reviews suggesting that initial payments could be completely interest, and other such concerns.

Has anyone financed with Mosaic? Did you get what you expect?
