TurnKey installed cost of less than $2.30/W (whats the catch?)

I'm in an upper midwestern state. I've got a reputable local installer quoting less than $2.30/W installed with grid tie inverter (not micro inverters), 26 panel array (just under 10kW), and all the paperwork arranged to make the federal and state tax credits easy peasy. I'm very close to pulling the trigger, and from what I can tell, the price looks good (compared to other posts). Intuition tells me I've got to question whether its too good to be true.

What questions should I be asking? What am I missing?

Seeking input!
