Envision’s Off Grid Electric Vehicle Charging Stations In a recent discussion about the extent to which Demand Charges are an impediment to development of DC fast chargers  EV Fast Charging Disincentives , the solutions explored included primarily a) regulatory reform of the rate design & b) technology solutions involving battery based peak shaving.
