Need confirmation about oversizing solaredge inverter

Only recently solaredge inverters became available where i live. I'm designing a ~10.5kWp Solar system but the least powerful solaredge inverter available has 17kW and the only optimizer available is the P700(2:1).

The P700 requires at least 26 panels and at most 11.250W(datasheet)

So i'm looking at using 30x350Wp(10500Wp) which means only ~62% of inverter rated power. I'll let the client know that if he wants to increase his energy output he can either add another 2 panels or 26+ panels

I'm sure this makes no sense in america but this is a different situation. Economically it makes sense here as there are shading issues and micro-inverters are more expensive.

The solaredge sitedesigner tool says it's ok, am i missing something? Is this going to work as expected?
