Our solar indicator is reading battery low without information on why it’s not charging.

Hello, We currently have a solar set up that for some reason today stopped charging and has depleted the battery without anything being in use. I know I haven given any specifics but curious if anyone is online to help as I am sitting by candle light and have no where to begin on this setup.
