I got a solar panel...now what?

Some years ago, I got a 100 watt solar panel for my dad. Yes. Just a solar panel. As in literally nothing else. It's got a bit of cord coming out the back end. And none of the solar installers in Texas will do anything unless it's bought in a package that comes with the installation....which it wasn't.

It's actually really pissing me off that it's not being used. So. What else do I need to buy to get it to work? Mounting equipment is obvious. I assume some sort of inverter is required? Is there a way to get it to let devices drain directly from it? (Yes, not ideal for electronics. I know.)

Aurora Inverter giving E050 error randomly The message requires a reset to get the inverter working again, but it's random - may happen a couple times a day, may skip a day or two. I have checked every connection, and even inside the inverter where the DC gets connected (2 arrays running). I tried turning off each array independently, but it continued for both lines at the same frequency. The only possible point of spark generation would be the connector box on the roof, which has wirenuts from the arrays themselves to the cable to the inverter. They are tight, but I went ahead and wrapped them with silicon tape (didn't help). Could the inverter itself have a problem?
