3rd Party Lease or PPA

I have a Non-Profit that is interested in going solar but does not have the tax appetite for the solar. One building is going to cost about 300k. I have talked to one of my competitors about this in the past and he told me he would go out and have an investor/group buy the system and lease it back to the non profit. I asked him for more details but I got nothing. Do any of you do this and/or do you know of any company who would work a deal out like this. My company has already installed on a few members personal homes so we are already trusted and known to the customers.

Aurora Inverter giving E050 error randomly The message requires a reset to get the inverter working again, but it's random - may happen a couple times a day, may skip a day or two. I have checked every connection, and even inside the inverter where the DC gets connected (2 arrays running). I tried turning off each array independently, but it continued for both lines at the same frequency. The only possible point of spark generation would be the connector box on the roof, which has wirenuts from the arrays themselves to the cable to the inverter. They are tight, but I went ahead and wrapped them with silicon tape (didn't help). Could the inverter itself have a problem?
