can we make a new rule for the subreddit?

that when homeowners come in asking for advice or ruminating about installing solar, it's not OK to spam them with offers/quotes? every time one of those threads pops up, at least 2 or 3 people post things along the lines of "we're a residential installer and can do xxxx at $x.xx per watt. pm if interested." using this sub for residential lead gen directly contradicts the idea that we're giving balanced, unbiased advice. it's also just really annoying.
