Help me choose between two vendors

Hello I'm in NJ, I'm close to deciding between two vendors but I'm having a hard time deciding what panels I should invest in. Does anyone have opinions on the following setups or should I request a different panel?

Vendor 1

  • 14.79kW 51x 290W Solarworld/Hanwha/Hyundai/Jinko/S-Energy Panels
  • 1 SolarEdge SE10000A-US (240V)
  • Equipment Cost : $39,933 ($2.70/watt)

Vendor 2

  • 14.62kW 43x Axitec AC-340M/156-72S PV Module
  • 2x SolarEdge Technologies SE7600A-US (240V) Inverter
  • 43x SolarEdge Technologies P400 DC Optimizer
  • $39,900 even ($2.72/watt)
