Advice request for someone getting into commercial solar sales

I'm starting a job soon selling commercial solar and I'm looking for some pointers from people that have worked, or currently work in that specific field. I've worked in energy related sales for a while but not quite as technical as the solar field. Any advice on things I should expect, recommendations for stuff I should read up on, sales techniques, etc. would be very much appreciated. Thank you in advance!

Aurora Inverter giving E050 error randomly The message requires a reset to get the inverter working again, but it's random - may happen a couple times a day, may skip a day or two. I have checked every connection, and even inside the inverter where the DC gets connected (2 arrays running). I tried turning off each array independently, but it continued for both lines at the same frequency. The only possible point of spark generation would be the connector box on the roof, which has wirenuts from the arrays themselves to the cable to the inverter. They are tight, but I went ahead and wrapped them with silicon tape (didn't help). Could the inverter itself have a problem?
