At one's true up period of 12 months, when they choose to carry over their credits... E.g I am a net producer of 100 kWh. Do i carrry over 100 kWh? Or do they compensate me for it at 2-3 cents/kWh and then i carry over the $2-3 credit? Also, how many years can you rollover a credit?
