Most of the lithium used to make the lithium-ion batteries that power modern electronics comes from Australia and Chile. But Stanford scientists say there are large deposits in sources right here in America: supervolcanoes.

Aurora Inverter giving E050 error randomly The message requires a reset to get the inverter working again, but it's random - may happen a couple times a day, may skip a day or two. I have checked every connection, and even inside the inverter where the DC gets connected (2 arrays running). I tried turning off each array independently, but it continued for both lines at the same frequency. The only possible point of spark generation would be the connector box on the roof, which has wirenuts from the arrays themselves to the cable to the inverter. They are tight, but I went ahead and wrapped them with silicon tape (didn't help). Could the inverter itself have a problem? Solar Supports

Solar Supports I'm looking at installing a solar system at our off grid cabin this spring and I'm trying to come up with a good way to get the panels up high enough to catch decent sunlight. The roof of the cabin is not an option as there are some trees blocking it but I do have a shed that I figure I'd be able to brace the supports to, I can't use the shed roof either as it's facing the wrong direction. A couple neighbors have systems which they've put on poles that go up sort of like a street lamp or flagpole style support which is an option but I thought maybe either a frame like a scaffold kind of thing secured to the back of the shed might be a more sturdy option. What have you guys used to elevate your panels on a standalone frame, or have you seen any companies that sell good kits? I'm in BC in Canada as well.
